Entire world understands very well that most of the terror groups are formed by Muslims or converted Muslims. Even Pakistan and many Arab countries realize from the core of their heart that image of entire Muslim community is getting tarnished by frequent acts of terror attacks carried out by Muslims. It is also true that in most of the terror attacks all over the world, it is mostly Muslims who are accused and charged with act of terrorism. Many terrorists are even using Hindu or Christian names and people of Non Muslim communities to spread terrorism so that tarnished image of Muslim may be diluted and washed slowly at least to some extent. Some of the Muslims terrorists are willfully recruiting and training Hindu or other caste persons by giving them huge temptation of money and wealth. Some of Muslim terrorists are using Non Muslim as shield to safeguard them or using Hindu as mask to conceal their dirty acts. It is also true that Muslim terrorists have succeeded in their malicious plan of tarnishing the image of Hindu, Sikh and Christian.
International community are still very much sure that threat to the world peace is coming from Islamic terror but still they do not wish to send such message to the world and they do not wish to divide the human being and the world on the basis of caste and community on the matter of crime. Everyone knows that terrorist have got no caste or community. All terrorists are criminal and should be punished in proportion to their crime at the earliest possible. It is undeniably true that there are criminals in all sections of the society and all criminal should be treated as criminals without any discrimination based on his caste , community or region or religion.
Unfortunately it is only India where politician of all parties use caste and community as a weapon to win the election. Indian politicians try to win various caste groups with different types of temptations such as caste based reservation or caste based development schemes or caste based compensation to families of dead or injured person in any accident or communal riot. It is India where even the government has to give many thought before taking any punitive action against Muslim evil doers. It is India where admissions in schools and colleges take place on the basis of caste and communities. Even police department or in fact all departmental heads fear in taking action against any SC, ST, OBC or any Muslim worker, any Muslim neighbor or any Muslim criminal .This is a undeniable truth in Indian administration.
Indian government is afraid of executing death penalty to Afzal Guru awarded by the highest court of the country. Indian police and investigating agencies are so much weak, ineffective and coward that they could not even award punishment to the person who were identified and even caught in 26 November 2008 Mumbai blast and to whom entire world watched committing terror attack. It is possible only because entire exercise of search and investigation against Muslim criminals moves very slowly in India and there are several sympathizers in India who would like to puncture the entire process of investigation and try to save Muslim criminals by hook or by crook.
It is therefore not astonishing that leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Manmohan Singh, Digvijay Singh, Kapil sibal , P. Chidambram talk of Hindu terror time and again to win the heart of Muslim voters. I do not want to entirely blame Rahul Gandhi for his remarks against Hindus as exposed by Wikileaks. It is painful that Rahul Gandhi has given such remarks in foreign land. I however understand very well that he is very much immature in politics and he utters the same thoughts which he has learnt from his family member, family gossips and from debates and discussions taking place in various powerful lobbies of Congress Party which he belongs. Obviously the controversial voice of Rahul Gandhi exposed by Wikileaks is not only the voice of Rahul Gandhi along but represents the voice of Congress Party as a whole.
Matured leader never criticizes Indian politics or even discuss demerits of Indian internal system at least when he or she is sitting in foreign land. Every family has disturbances and difference of opinion among various members of the family but a wise member of family do not expose truth of his family when he or she is sitting at place other than his or her own house.Rahul is lacking this maturity. Hence entire blame goes to Congress Party, Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Manmohan Singh who are holding key posts and who supposed to glorify India and save India’s image. It is unfortunate that Manmohan Singh in the capacity of Prime Minister of India has completely failed to stop the spread of cancer of corruption and cancer of casteism and communalism.
Rather game of ‘Divide and Rule’ is being played by rulers of this country in general and more particularly by Congress Party under the leadership of clean image Manmohan Singh. Height of dirty politics is that many stalwarts of Congress Party are not only misusing so called clean image of Manmohan Singh for their vested interest but also bent upon making Rahul Gandhi as the next Prime Minister of the country. What will be the fate of India under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi whose childish remarks against Hindus in foreign land has strengthened the hands of Pakistan?
India is after all a country of flatterers and it is India where all decisions are taken not on the basis of merit of the person but entirely on the basis of flattery one receives from the person .Flattery is therefore growing by leaps and bounds in India. Congress Party in particular is the party of flatterers and most of them are greedy for money and power. Flatterers as such worship their leaders like God in expectation of some key post and some monetary gain. Hence none of flatterers in Congress camp will ever dare to condemn anti national remarks of Rahul Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi. In such position I think it better to accept for the time being the thesis of Rahul Gandhi that India faces dangerous threat not from Lasker –e-Toiba (LeT)or other Pakistan based terrorist outfits but from Hindu terror outfits.
But I do not hesitate to ask following simple questions from our beloved clean Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh, Rahul Gandhi , Sonia Gandhi and other stalwarts of ruling party
What action government has taken during six years of UPA rule to safeguard country from the threat of Hindu terror?
Instead of expressing concern before USA diplomat, why not Rahul Gandhi being a Member of Parliament raised his voice in the Parliament?
Why is government putting blame on ISI and PAKISTAN BASED TERRORISTS for 26 November 2008 Mumbai blast when they apprehend that Hindu terrorist took revenge from Karkare for arrest of their leader Sadhwi Pragya in Malegaon Blast?
Why government did not take any punitive action against those Hindu Leaders who were behind the killing of Mr. Karkare ATS chief/
After the three week long deadlock in Parliament over the demand of JPC by opposition parties to probe into 2G spectrum related corrupt activities of the government Mr. Manmohan Singh PM has expressed his concern over the threat to Parliamentary democracy in India.
Being the head of the government what steps government has taken to save India and Parliamentary democracy from the clutches of opposition party members?
What steps Manmohan Singh government has taken to stop catch and punish corrupt officials and ministers during last six years though he has admitted several times the increasing role of corruption in Indian administrative system?

Thanks Bin Laden
Bin laden and his team like LeT or Maoists or Naxals have created such a terror that expenditure on security in all vulnerable countries like India ,Britain and USA has gone up to a great extent. Thanks to Bin Laden and his Ravan Sena that in India at least police forces have started working.
Politicians in our country become active when they receive a email threatening security system in some place or the other. Whoever comes in the hit list of Bin Laden’s terror wings or that of naxalites working from India is provided full security by Indian police forces. Otherwise position of common citizen is pitiable in all sphere of life including safety and security.
Even cleanliness, discipline, education, maintainance of existing infra structure like roads, electricity, railways ,river all are at the mercy of God. Who is bothered of common people?
VIPS and VVIPs are real beneficiaries of democratic system. Only the threat of terror attack false or true alerts the entire system and it disturbs sleep of all. Threat of terror attack can only make the system really active and effective.
Again thanks to Bin Laden, Maoists, and naxalites who keep the system alert. Anyone can now justify the expenditure incurred by US and Indian government on his visit to India. If anyone especially politicians in India want security he or she also have to manage an email threat from terror group. This is India’s real story of Today. Even media gets a good job in such position.
Credit goes to Bin Laden and all terror groups who has made the otherwise dead system active at least to some extent , at least for a few days at few places for few individuals.
India can prosper and save a lot of money hitherto spent on security if Bin Laden and his team comes to power in place of Manmohan Singh.Similarly USA will not need to send so many aircraft, ships, and bullet proof cars and so many defense personnels to India to safeguard US president Mr. Obama on his visit to India

Endless Debate on Naxalism
Naxalism has been spreading in every nook and corner of the country and has become more dangerous than foreign-based terrorism. Challenge to law and order by Maoists and Naxalite groups have been growing dangerous day by day. Frequent attacks on police forces has been leading slowly to demoralization of police forces and killing their enthusiasm to battle with naxals or terrorist because of political indifferent, casual and non-supportive attitude. Rich businessmen and middle class or high-class service men including policemen are being subjected to extortion of money. Common men and especially daily earners have to bear the pain of Naxal bund, Naxal attacks and Naxals strikes time and again. Naxalism has grown manifolds during last ten years but unfortunately government has not yet understood the gravity of the matter. Still many stalwarts, many media people and many politicians talk of dialogue with Maoists and naxals.
Debate after debates takes place on TV channels but no concrete policy whatsoever it may be has been framed either by state government or central government or both together. Unfortunately politicians are still not united on such a serious issue. There are many sympathizers of Maoists both in and outside the government. State government and Central government are not having a well-decided strategy to handle the threat of naxals and Maoist. Social reformers are divided whether there should be action against naxals or not.
There is no doubt that in a big country like India or any where in the world, difference of opinion on any issue of national concern or mass concern is possible. Even if there is aggression from abroad there will be different strategies suggested by different experts. There are many such persons whose work is to criticize all actions of the government. If no action is taken people will blame and if action is taken they will judge the merits and demerits from various angles. If police force kills naxals or terrorists, politicians will blame of fake encounter to dilute the fighting intensity of police force and also to earn political advantage and gain sympathy from innocent and illiterate voters.
If during encounters or fight against naxals or terrorists, any common man is killed, activists of human right organizations will come forward to criticize action of police force. Unfortunately when naxals or terrorists cause death of common men, none from human right organization will come forward. However such cases of support or protest over any important issue are unavoidable in a democratic setup where every citizen or a group has huge fundamental rights to enjoy without any sense of inherent duties towards the society.
As such government cannot blame anyone for growing naxals and increasing threat from naxal activists. During eighties Sikh militants known as Khalistan activists had created big law and order problem in the state of Punjab. Late Indira Gandhi the then Prime Minister of India did not hesitate to take army led action against Sikh militants to ensure peace in Punjab state and to stop spread of Khalistan movement which was clearly a threat to unity of the country. Armed forces were allowed to enter into even the most pious and religious place like Golden Temple in Amritser. It was her sincere and devoted action against Punjab extremists that during last 25 years India has not faced any trouble from Sikh militants.
Indians should salute leader like Indira Gandhi who did not waste time in debate on whether action is needed or not, whether it is duty of state government of central government, whether opposition party is responsible or whether there is fake encounter or whether there is possibility of people‘s revolt or whether it will harm relations with Sikh people or congress party will loose Sikh votes in general election. She did the best as per her best knowledge and as per the opinion of important political leaders of her party and that of other opposition parties. She assessed and ascertained the opinion of people at large and decided for action and strategy to fight out Sikh militancy from the root without any fear of repercussion and she got the grand success in her task. Some insane person or group killed her just as Mahatma Gandhi was killed even though he fought for freedom and won freedom from British rulers.
It hardly matters for leaders of national stature whether he is alive or is killed by his opponents if the action taken by him is in national interest. People of India are still indebted to Late Indira Gandhi for many good works she did during her tenure as Prime Minister of India. She may be criticized on many other issues but her quality to take effective and fruitful action and to take decisions at appropriate time cannot be criticized by any unbiased person.
It is pity that current ruling government at center led by Congress Party is making one after other lame excuses for its complete failure in tackling the problem of naxalism. Prime Minister like Manmohan Singh has not yet decided the concrete and time bound action plan in consultation with state government to fight and finish naxalites and Maoists from the root. There may be many reasons and much emotional logics in the minds of sympathizers of Maoists. But from any angle of consideration, act of breaching laws of the land or criminals (of any type, Maoist or naxalites or general) taking laws in their hands cannot be justified. Action and action with punishment have to be taken against all who are perpetuators of criminal activities and also against who are advocates and sympathizers of criminals.
It is also true that it is the duty of sensible government to understand and realize the problems of common men, loopholes of laws and condemnable actions of beaurocracy. Government should on day to day basis monitor the actions of responsible authorities and punish bad officers and bad police personnel whose torturous actions continuously cause trouble to common men.
It is the duty of the government to remove all those reasons, which may force poor and innocent person to become criminal or to plead for criminals or to seek support from criminals to survive in society or form a gang of criminals to get rid of atrocities from local police forces. It is very much disheartening to know that thousands and lacs of innocent persons are held in jail for years together only due to the fact that courts are unable to deliver justice in decades and decades. One can imagine the pain of a family whose member is put in jail for none of his or her fault and his voice in defense is not heard for decades. Pain of such victims of the system is aggravated when he or she becomes helpless due to inefficient and dishonest judicial system. It should not be surprising when hundreds of such victims of the system unite together to take barbaric revenge from the system even breaching the laws of the land.
It is common experience of common men that government of India understands the language of violence and violence only. Normal strike or normal protest is taken lightly by ruling elite. This is the painful story of Indian politics. As long as working class or business class does not adopt violent agitation against the government, representatives of the government notice none of their demands.
In conclusion government has to fight not only with Maoists and terrorists but also boldly eliminate extremists, inefficient, inert and corrupt persons sitting in police departments, offices and departments run by government and courts in particular and in politics in general whose actions annoy common men for no reason and whose inaction promotes naxalism and terrorism.
Extremism of any kind is to be condemned. Which type of extremism, government led or Maoist led came first is not to be debated. Main focus should be on the person who commit crime and to ensure quickest punishment to such criminals without any discrimination based on caste, community, religion, region or the party ruling and not- ruling.

Threat from Naxals
Naxals are equivalent to Jihadis and terrorists coming from Pakistan and PoK who frequently disturb Kashmir or who in support with ISI of Pakistan caused so many terror attacks in various parts of the country.
And there is no doubt that these naxals will prove to be more dangerous in future because they have fastly and substantially grown during last ten years in many states of India.
They have become stronger in manpower, financial power and also fighting power. They have made deeper inroads into Indian politics and also developed liason with political heavyweights who from time to time not only help naxal leaders but also seek the help of naxals to win the election.
This is why leaders like Mamta, Lalu, Mulayam, Sharad Yadav, Nitish, and Digvijay Singh frequently talk of extending helping hand to naxals to bring naxals in mainstream, or advise government to stop Green Hunt Operation launched by home minister Mr. Chidambaram against naxals and suggest government directly or indirectly to initiate talking process with naxal leaders.
No doubt Pakistan and China are also matter of concern for India .But war from or with foreign countries may be fought and finished at our own by India or with support of other like minded nations who have been traditionally extending help hand to India at time of crisis provided our own people do not puncture our plan and strategy on war fronts..
I therefore feel that the real threat will come from domestic enemy like naxals who are undoubtedly terrorists but are active in disguise of naxals or social workers or NGOs or VIP leaders in politics. These naxals will prove to be “Bibhisan” at time of war and they will not only share all vital information with enemy countries surrounding India but also puncture and dilute strength of Indian army through various diplomatic strategies.
It is naxals who have been consistently attacking on police, Para military forces, CRPF jawans or armed forces. It is naxals who have from time to time exhibited their power by attacking on police head quarters or by hijacking train or by attacking train or by carrying our frequent state level bund to demoralize local inhabitants and to destabilize normal working of Indians.
I say these naxals are more diplomatic because it is their brothers and associates called as ISI agents or Pakistan supporter who always talks of removing armed forces from Kashmir and Jammu. It is only anti national elements and definitely not normal citizens who are more afraid of presence of armed forces or police people in Kashmir. Truly it is Pakistan agents in disguise of Indian VIPs who want to get rid of armed forces in Kashmir so that they may freely spread their war message or hate message in every nook and corner of not only Kashmir but of entire India. It is our own political leaders in various states who are talking of dialogues with naxals in the name of social agenda and indirectly supporting naxals in making India internally weak.
I can therefore r say with full firmness that India should not under estimate the present power and strength of naxal leaders and India should not commit the blunder of treating Naxal fighters as normal victim of backwardness or poverty or Ill-treatment by local administration.

Mr. Manmohan Singh and administraion
Honourable Manmohan Singh Prime Minister of India is too simple to take any effective step as Late Indira Gandhhi or Late Jawaharlal Nehru took. Nehru ji involved himself in India’s fight against British rule and gave us freedom.Indira Gandhi nationalized banks to make it accessible in remote villages.Mr. Vajpayee in his short tenure of PM did a lot of thing. He launched the Himalayan task of building pacca road from Kashmir to Kanya kumari. Even Morarji Desai took a bold step of introducing total prohibition in India.
What has Mr. Manmohan Singh done during last six years for common men? He talks of GDP, he talks of relief to corporate, he talks of corruption, he talks of judicial, educational or labour reform but common men are still victim of mal administration, rampant corruption and extortion from politicians, criminals, naxals and all muscle power centers. He could not give desired toughness in administration to check rising prices, he failed to reduce corrupt practices or expedite judicial process or to make essential goods and services like medical care and education affordable for common men. He could not bring about improvement in standard and quality in work done in government offices and work done through contractors.
Our clean PM has confused Indians on all fronts. Kashmir is boiling with anger and burning in agitation but Mr. Manmohan Singh is preaching sermons to Kashmiris to maintain peace and Indian government has been talking of talks for last 60 years to resolve the issue.
Naxals have grown dangerously stronger during his tenure of last six years and spread throughout the country but he and his men are talking of dialogue with naxals. Only silver lining in his government is that the Home Minister Mr. Chidambaram is doing his best for the country as per his best knowledge. Unfortunately he too is criticized by his own party men and Mr. Manmohan Singh is unable to control them.
Obviously person like Manmohan Singh is too weak and too much clean hearted to control big country like India. He may be an economist but he is definitely not a good administrator and neither a good politician.
Lacs of naxals and terrorist (two sides of same coin) are hiding in India, causing frequent attacks, killings innocents, extorting money from rich traders and servicemen and damaging valuable properties. Can police catch them when they are unable to find out missing 61 trucks loaded with detonators? A naxal or a terrorist can be trapped only when some one becomes Bibhishan in his own camp and become informer of police.
Can anyone imagine that India will be free of corrupt people when entire government is made of corrupt persons with added quality of but flattery? A corrupt person is trapped or caught only when he becomes dishonest in sharing his ill earning money with his juniors or seniors as per their expectations or when his own colleague, local media person or local musclemen become his enemy.
Can an Indian get relief from price rise, or corruption or terrorism or naxalism from administration or government of India or state government when central government and state governments are busy in mutual blame game and mutual mud slinging and politicians of rival parties are busy in playing kabaddi on irrelevant points?
Can India be ever a disciplined and orderly state when Parliament and state assemblies are used for playing free hand fighting, and spending time in settling their scores related to Inter party rivalry?
Nehru and Indira built castles of progress by establishing hundreds of Public Sector Undertakings and did a lot for welfare of poor. The main motto of Late Indira Gandhi behind nationalization of banks was to make banks accessible to poor.
Rajiv Gandhi tried to make PSU stronger and added new technology introduced Television and brought telecom revolution in India.
Now in the name of reformation, UPA government under the guidance of Sonia Gandhi and learned Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh is selling one after other PSUs partially or fully in the name of disinvestment.
Property of ancestors is sold by son and grandson to survive when the son and grandson are not able to earn at their own or not capable to manage the accumulated property of their forefathers. "Ghar bech kar or sona bech kar gujara karte hai bekar log."
Present government is lucky enough to get so much inherited property without making much effort. But how long this selling of old property in he name of disinvestment will be able to cope with growing demand of the growing family of growing India is a million dollar question and which needs to be answered by wise person. How long government will meet the annual spending through selling and disinvestment of PSUs.
I do not suggest curtailment of expenses or reduction in spending on development, but I firmly believe that government should establish hundreds of new PSUs to create more and more real employment opportunity and achieve real growth in GDP. Government should try to make the existing PSU more effective and profitable, rather selling it.
I am of firm view that the government cannot imagine of welfare of poor through only distribution of subsidy, old age pension, waiver of loan or carrying out controversial and corruption ridden NREGA.
Mr. Manmohan Singh has to first make his house clean and effective. Criminals have to be treated as criminals and real patriots, real performers and really talented persons have to be awarded.

Mr. Kalia ED cannot be allowed to follow Arbitray rule
I submit some points hereunder highlighting reign of injustice in banks perpetuated by team of officers sitting at the helm of affairs in collusion wit union leaders.
There is practically no stagnation for central government employees as per last pay commission recommendation and as accepted by government of India. There is time bund promotion. Central pay Scale is too long to stagnate any employee at any particular point of scale for two or three years
Why is there stagnation for bank employees particularly when bank is not in a position to accommodate so many candidates in higher scale, when there are fewer vacancies?
For none of fault of senior officers, they are denied promotion as also annual increment. It is really a fun that they are not given even full terminal benefits when they resign at their own.
When banks do not find such senior officers for promotions, bank should not hesitate in accepting resignation of such officers and allow full pension and retirement benefits. Why officers who resign are not allowed pension, leave encashment or refund of accumulated bank's contribution in PF etc. Bank can remove an officer as per its choice but staff cannot leave the job without loosing his rightful terminal benefits.
Officers who have transferred from outside states to North East States were getting so many incentives as per 1984 circular or as per guidelines of IBA as prevalent for central government employees working in other sectors in eighties. Why these incentives have not been revised during last 25 years?
Special allowance fixed Rs.1200/ or Rs.1500/ for specified area is common for all staff posted in North East region. What about additional benefits for those who are transferred from other states to North East?
For outsiders, there was a provision of Rs.1500. p.m. in 1984 when Rs.1500/ was a significant amount compared to prevailing scale of pay for officers at that time. Now even that Rs.1500/ (it should be at least 10000 in view of price rise and scale rise during last 25 years) or 12.5% of pay has been abolished.
Originally North East posting policy was framed for enthusing employees to serve in north eastern based branches for two years and then they were given preferred posting. Unfortunately this holy policy is now misused by greedy and corrupt executives to sideline good officers from their path of earning illegal money and golden gifts.
Incentives of NE posting have also been snatched and left on whims and fancies of executives. Preferred posting after completion of two years tenure also lies on the mercy of top officials. ED or top executives in banks do not have fear in mind in violating the existing policy or misusing the same in the name of bank’s exigencies.
After all what union leaders are doing?
There are lacs of bank employees who are continuously working in rural areas, say for one or two decades or even more.
On the other hand there a few lacs of bank employees who are continuously posted in Metros and Urban areas.
Unfortunately residual a few of employees are facing frequent transfers from one corner to the other corner of the country.
It clears defeats the very purpose behind rural posting policy and NE posting policy framed by government of India. Banks do not hesitate in violating its own transfer policy or promotion policy. Officers posted continuously in rural areas seldom get promotion because their fate depends not on performance but on whims and fancies of Interview panel. Members of Interview in general award marks based on merit of employees on points such as flattery, gifts and welcome kits. Justice is nowhere visible.
After all what union leaders are doing?
Answer is that they are also standing in the same que in which a team of flatterers are standing to get maximum benefit from higher bosses, cream posting, reckless earning through credit lending or waiver of loan without any fear of action from higher bosses and get preferred promotions for their flatterer members if they so like.
Why huge arrear to the amount of two lacs or three or four lacs are being paid to executives as per 9th Bipartite Settlement and only a few thousand to middle management officers considered senior officers. Even peons and junior clerks are getting arrear to the extent of one lac rupees. Even junior officers are getting more. Obviously pay scale fixed for various scales is not based on principals of equality but based on whims and fancies of IBA team and union leaders. Pension optees are getting more and PF optees are getting noting in comparison. Why discriminatory treatment is being allowed by union leaders even in fixation of revised pay in 9th BS, not to speak of discrimination with PF optees desiring to offer for pension.
Are senior officers in middle management so bad they are not fit for promotion, increment, pension and even equal rise in wage revision? If so why are they not given offer of VRS as given in the year 2000?
Why CMDs of various banks then talk of crisis of talented officer in bank and why do they express apprehension for painful future when a good number of officers will retire?
If there is a will there is a way. When government is formed of corrupt persons and that of flatterers, when administration is manned by corrupt and flatterers when judiciary is weak, ineffective, costly and centre of corruption, any one in Government cannot dream of taking step to reduce corruption in the system or to punish corrupt people.
And people who try to move against the main stream gets tired very soon and finally succumb to death.
It is therefore better to say All is Well sir, No problem sir, everything will be o.k. sir, I am there don't worry, I will manage it, I will manage media people, I will manage CBI people and so on. These wordings are a few permanent wording of flatterers.
Media men are not getting any interest or attractive news in the reign of injustice pervading and prevailing in banking industry. A few executives by using their mobile phones using some flatterer Branch Managers ges success in extending credit to unscrupulous borrowers and sacrificing huge amount in compromise and waiver of loan scheme just to earn some illegal money.
Banks assets worth thousands and thousand of crores of rupees are locked and lost in bad borrowers every year whereas government of India, RBI and all regulating agencies remain silent spectators. People have seen how NPA rose 500% this year in Indian Bank but regulating agencies are not ready to accept that similar pain will occur to other banks too in near future. There is in fact none to bell the cat.
Banks management, government of India and RBI loudly say with a sense of pride that Indian Banks are not affected by global slowdown or recession or sub prime crisis but IBA says that banks are not in a position to pay pension to bank employees and hence begging for sharing of pension cost from bank employees.
IBA has filed affidavit in Madras High Court that banks are facing fund crisis and not in a position to pay pension to retirees and hence praying for stay granted by the same court on 24th June 2010 on illegal and unjustified recovery from PF optees agreed in 9th Bipartite settlement .
How much shameful and painful it is that staff of banks who served banks for 30 to 35 years in bank and contributed his entire energy for growth of bank has now to run from pillar to post or knock the door of courts to stop reign of injustice.
Are Banks earning profits by simple exploitation of staff??

Terror of Government
New record of corruption will precipitate if a total investigation is made into what Shiela Dikchit has done in Delhi. Amount of underhand dealing in contract work valued rs35000 crore of rupees can be imagined by a layman easily. When a person becomes popular he becomes more prone to bad habits and there are more chances of committing fraud with the system. Now CVC and CBI have registered the case against so many persons involving so many contract work related to Common Wealth Game. But any result will come out of inquiry it doubtful. Even if result comes none of VIPs will by punished, this much is cent per cent certain.
This is India where CBI realizes after lapse of 26 years of Bhopal Gas tragedy that charges against accused should be restored. This is India where fresh inquiry after 26 years of Sikh riot has been initiated against Sajjan Kumar, Mp from Congress Party. This is India where Mr. V P Singh realized after 26 years that Rajiv Gandhi was innocent in Bofors scam despite the fact that he himself had resigned from Congress Government, dethroned Rajiv Gandhi, became Prime Minister and promised to prove charge against Rajiv Gandhi within 12 months of coming to power. This is India where Lalu Yadav Master of Chara Ghotala valued 1000 crore of rupees became Railway Minister of the country. This is India where files related to inquiry of stamp scam involving 35000 crores of rupees is still languishing in government almirah and one Telgi is put in jail to save thousand of other VIP culprits. And so on….
Corruption cannot end in India until government takes harsh steps to stop flattery. Yes man and bribe give equally responsible for rampant corruption and for damaging the right course of action. Looting of money from a person through bribe is less harmful than looting of pride, self respect of service men or businessmen or professionals. All is well sir or No Problem sir culture is killing the enthusiasm of real workers, real Indians and real businessmen because flatterers by dint of their actions hypnotize the top officials and ministers and get success in getting undue benefit or up gradation in service or better posting and quick promotion in service at the cost of many genuine workers.
CVC as such cannot stop corruption said to be rampant in work done for Common wealth Games in Delhi because they also become victim of this disease. CVC has to survive in the same system where perpetuators or corruption are sitting at the helm of affairs. Officers at vulnerable and responsible post at CVC or CBI or audit offices are chosen from a team of best flatterers. CVC has to be bold enough and has to stop corruption in transfers, posting and promotion as also in recruitment processes of government employees and bring about maximum transparency, eliminate the channel of Interview which gives rise to whimsical and biased decision. When honest and sincere officers are shunted in remote areas or posted in insignificant corners it is but natural that such officers will prefer indulging in flattery than wasting energy in good work.
CVC or for that matter Government of India has to make judicial process quick, affordable effective and honest so that victim of the system may approach court without any fear of repercussion. Fear of punishment may only keep flatterers and corrupt person away from the system. Similarly media has to take pro active and innovative initiatives to expose corrupt practices, conduct sting operation and do all acts deemed fit to expose the mischievous elements occupying top posts in government offices, ministry , banks, insurance companies, CBI, vigilance department, judiciary, tax departments etc who sell transfer, posting and promotions in service sector or who willfully torture and blackmail a good businessmen who do not flatter or bribe an officer. Undoubtedly some TV channels like IBN has been doing some work in this line. I salute them.
Latest news of corruption is that a few MLAs of Jharkhand state sold their votes in Rs.50 lacs to rupees one crore to RS candidates during recently held Rajya Sabha election. This is not a new event or astonishing case of corruption in Indian politics. . In past too, MLAs were found to sell their votes. MPs sold votes to ensure victory of Narsimha Rao Government, MPs earned money by raising questions during question hours on behalf of those who paid money, and MPs have quarreled with chairs and tables in Parliament, indulged in road side like fights in Parliament and state assemblies.
If any investigating agency inquires honestly and sincerely about real growth of assets of MLA and MPs and their family (members pre and post election) they will definitely find a multifold growth. An MLA who could not repay his IRDP loan in a village in Jharkhand became owner of property of worth hundred of crores of rupees after becoming minister. People have seen the charisma of Madhu Koda and Sibu Soren.
There are thousands of MPs and MLAs (ex or serving) in India whose property have gone upto fifty and hundred crores after their election in assembly or in Parliament. But who will investigate.
In present case of CWG even ex Vigilance Commissioner says to star TV that he was directed not to interfere in CWG affairs. As such CBI officers or Vigilance officers, all fear of remote posting or non promotion in career if they go against the wishes of ruling party.
When Masters (of Corruption) and Doctors (in Corruption) are sitting on top posts in all offices, there is none who is bold enough to correct the corrupt system.
